Golden Hour is our “a little bit fancy” moment — bold, juicy, and made to shine whether you’re chasing that perfect flat white or pulling a shot on your trusty stove-top.

It's Bold & Juicy - just the way coffee should be.

The Blend

A carefully balanced mix of:

Peru Caturra (Washed Process) - 60%
Colombia Chiroso Bourbon (Natural Process) - 40%

Together they bring ripe fruit sweetness, silky body, and a rich, toffee-chocolate finish.

How to Brew It

Golden Hour is versatile and forgiving — so drink it how you like it:

For Espresso or Long Black - We recommend a 1:2.2 ratio, brewed in 23-28 seconds.
Prefer a Flat White or Latte? - Follow above and just add milk!
Also great for Stove-top or Plunger or Aeropress
Or honestly, however you rock it at home is great too — we won’t tell you how to live your life.

Roast Level

🌑🌑🌑🌑🌑 (5/5) - *Our darkest style roast here at Sunnyside - But certainly not compared to that Italian roast stuff you're Uncle's mate Rocco keeps pushing on you.

In the grand scheme of things this blend is considered a medium level espresso roast.

Soluble and easy to work with, and suitable for home espresso machines and brewing without having to geek out too much about it.

Sustainability Factor

Sunnyside tries incredibly hard to make their choices ethical and sustainable as much as possible. There is a lot of waste in the coffee industry before it reaches us here in Hobart, but we do our best to not compound it any further.

This bag is made from fully kerbside paper recycled materials (sticker, info card and bag included) - so please recycle responsibly, or return it to Audrey Coffee for proper disposal.
