Shipping & Returns
Handy to know
- we currently only ship inside Australia using Australia Post
- Due to the nature of certain products, availability and delivery may be limited by location. Orders containing perishable or bulk items may be cancelled if they fall outside our fulfilment capabilities.
- orders are generally dispatched daily (monday - friday) and leave store within 1-2 business days.
- if you choose to collect your item in-store, please wait for confirmation email signalling your items are ready to collect.
- we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. all items are inspected and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition before they are dispatched.
- if you wish to return an item due to change of mind, please visit the shop with your invoice or ship back to us (at your own expense) within 14 business days.
- All online orders are subject to automated and manual review. In some cases, orders may be flagged by our payment or fraud-prevention systems and cancelled prior to fulfilment. Where this occurs, any payment captured will be fully refunded to the original payment method. We are unable to override or provide detailed reasoning for system-flagged cancellations.
