So what the hell is Iced Spice Syrup?
It's a sweetened cold brew syrup with fresh ground spices and a whole lotta punch.
Heavy, sweet and bold- it's epic over ice, or mixed with milk for a dangerously moreish iced latte-style drink.
As our mate Karen says: "Imagine a little gingerbread man cannon-balling into your cold brew! Sweet, spiced & creamy - It's like a warm cuddle for your mouth, but chilled.

Our Recipe - Iced Spice Latte
The golden ratio? 1:2 baby!
That's one part Iced Spice syrup to two parts milk (or mylk, or whatever you vibe with). We're oat milk fans round here, but you do you.
Serve it over ice, or steam the entire lot in a milk jug and enjoy as a toasty warm delight.
Our Recipe - White Mountain, aka the "Mont Blanc"
The golden ratio? 4:1 this time!
That's four parts Iced Spice syrup to one part fresh cream, served over ice. Garnish with a little bit of nutmeg and a dried orange spice if you're feeling extra fancy.
Ingredients
Water, cold brew coffee, brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, star anise, cardamom, fresh ginger, vanilla, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Made with real ingredients. No nasties, no weird science and nothing you can't pronounce.
Sustainability Factor
Sunnyside tries incredibly hard to make their choices ethical and sustainable as much as possible. There is a lot of waste in the coffee industry before it reaches us here in Hobart, but we do our best to not compound it any further.
We sell our Iced Spice syrup in clean and fully-sterilised glass bottles that are either brand new, or returned as part of our swap system. We encourage all purchasers to return the finished bottle to Audrey Coffee, and we'll shout you a little $3 discount off your next purchase!

orders are dispatched daily (monday - friday) and leave store within 1-2 business days
if you choose to collect your item in-store, please wait for confirmation email signalling your items are ready to collect.
our local delivery is currently only to the following suburbs 7015, 7016, 7017, 7018, 7019, 7021 & 7170. orders will be delivered between 6-48 hours from time receive

Returns
we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. all items are inspected and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition before they are dispatched.
if you wish to return an item due to change of mind, please visit the shop with your invoice or ship back to us (at your own expense) within 14 business days.
