It's roasted light - and designed to be brewed as a pour-over or filter style beverage.

The Coffee
This is a 100% Arabica Lot, sourced from our friends at Cofinet, a Colombian-based green bean importer.

How to Brew It
Pipe Dream is easy to brew and delicious — so drink it how you like it:

For Pour-over or batchies - We recommend a 1:16 ratio

Or try a plunger, Aeropress or Stovetop method - all solid too.

Honestly, however you rock it at home is great too — we won’t tell you how to party.

This coffee is a typical washed, dense Colombian coffee - so grinding finer will always yield great results if you feel you can't nail it!
Sustainability Factor
Sunnyside tries incredibly hard to make their choices ethical and sustainable as much as possible. There is a lot of waste in the coffee industry before it reaches us here in Hobart, but we do our best to not compound it any further.
This bag is made from fully kerbside paper recycled materials (sticker, info card and bag included) - so please recycle responsibly, or return it to Audrey Coffee for proper disposal.
As much as possible we also roast on solar, making our energy usage minimal and as green as we possible can for our small business.

we currently only ship inside australia using auspost.
orders are dispatched daily (monday - friday) and leave store within 1-2 business days
if you choose to collect your item in-store, please wait for confirmation email signalling your items are ready to collect.
our local delivery is currently only to the following suburbs 7015, 7016, 7017, 7018, 7019, 7021 & 7170. orders will be delivered between 6-48 hours from time receive

Returns
we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. all items are inspected and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition before they are dispatched.
if you wish to return an item due to change of mind, please visit the shop with your invoice or ship back to us (at your own expense) within 14 business days.
