This is a 100% Arabica Lot, sourced from our friends at Cofinet.

How to Brew It
Hiatus is the most forgiving coffee ever — so drink it how you like it:

For Pour-over or batchies - We recommend a 1:16 ratio

Or try a plunger, Aeropress or Stovetop method - all solid too.

Honestly, however you rock it at home is great too — we won’t tell you how to party.
Roast Level
🌑🌑🌑🌑🌑 (2/5) - *Our Lightest style roast here at Sunnyside - Designed for filter and longer brew methods.
As this is essentially a honey processed coffee it is super soluble - so you won't have too much trouble extracting fun flavours!
Just remember - if it's tasting savoury, then grinder courser and make it run faster!
Sustainability Factor
Sunnyside tries incredibly hard to make their choices ethical and sustainable as much as possible. There is a lot of waste in the coffee industry before it reaches us here in Hobart, but we do our best to not compound it any further.
This bag is made from fully kerbside paper recycled materials (sticker, info card and bag included) - so please recycle responsibly, or return it to Audrey Coffee for proper disposal.
